The mission of The Militia Box is to create well rounded, active families.We train hard and fast in preparation for whatever life may throw at us.We strive for a physical well being that allows us to do whatever we set our minds to. Our workouts are scaled from "Fire breather" to "beginner fitness." And we do the workouts together.If you are willing to learn and work hard you will succeed.
